Upon order, please allow 3-5 business days to ship. We almost always ship UPS Ground with very few exceptions. Once shipped, the arrival date is dependent on your location and on the transporter. If you have not received your item within 14 days of shipping, please contact us so we can assess the situation.
Returns/Refunds:
Customer satisfaction is top priority. However, if we delivered what we promised we can not refund your money. Please keep in mind that each enclosure is built with your specific dimensions. Therefore, they have no resale value. If we did NOT, then we will be more than happy to refund your money and make it right. This includes, the enclosure not fitting or built with the wrong dimensions. This also includes the incorrect finish material applied. No exchanges are available.
